Celebrate Express.com Informative - Terrible Service/Shipping

VENTURA, CALIFORNIA -- My first experience ordering from this company has been truly disappointing. I placed a costume order with celebrate express well before the date my items were needed. My costumes have yet to leave the warehouse for shipping and it has been 9 days! No emails no contact no explanation from this company at all. I have waited on hold for up to 30 minutes to be hung up on. I've contacted the customer service department via the internet on at least 3 or more occasions and I was given dates that my items would be shipped. Those dates have come and gone and still no costumes and no notification. Wow, all I can say is I have never had such horrible service from a company before. I am surprised they still have customers.

Now I have very little time to get my children's costumes before they are needed and also must explain to them they will not be getting the ones that I promised. I think I will stick with ordering from Amazon.com

Can you get your children's costumes somewhere else while there is still time ?
