Northern Ohio Broadband Complaint - Worst Cable company ever

Review by Killmecausecable on 2007-10-14
NORTH OLMSTED -- I've used many cable companies over the years and I recently moved into the Bridlewood Apartments in North Olmsted, OH. This building is fantastic, from the management to the building staff. The rent is affordable and the building is in a great location.

That said, this cable company that is proprietary to this building is just about enough to make me move out. Its been stated before so I'd hate to beat a dead horse, but Northern Ohio Broadband is basically stealing money from residents. I'll wake up on mornings, usually once a week, to see I have no internet service and half of my cable channels are blue screens or scrambled. The TV Guide channel is completely locked up and displaying the time it went down. There is no way to call and talk to a human, you need to leave a message in a voicemail box and hope to get some reply. When you finally do talk to someone they try their best to say as many big words hoping you have no clue what their talking about. When you throw it back, they blame it on SbcGlobal, or AT&T. Completely ridiculous.

I know you can get a dish if you face the south side of the planet, but thats really no comfort. As I understand, to have DSL you need to have a working phone line. So thats out of the question. What a terrible situation, I can't wait to move out.
