JCPenney.com Complaint - Correcting mistake
MARYLAND -- I ordered an item for a friend from JCPenney.com and they delivered two by mistake. Instead of correcting the mistake by having UPS pick it up, they insisted it was my problem and to either take it to a Penny's store or pay UPS to pick it up. It would take a 3-hr round trip for me to take it to Penny's, which is why I had it delivered it the first place. Isn't this ridiculous?
Be forewarned about ordering anything from them.
