Waldenbooks Informative - Treatment was unprofessional

WESTSHORE MALL WALDENBOOKS IN TAMPA FL, FLORIDA -- I was in teh Westshore Mall Waldenbooks store searching for a book for school. The employee was nervous and could not help me but stated that the manager would be back soon off break. She and HER boss returned 21 minutes later and when the boss or area district manager started helping me she informed me that if I was not satisfied with waiting 6 weeks to get the book I wanted then I should go to the school bookstore. Then she called me DUDE, I am in my 40s and do not appreciate her manner in talking with me-especially placing her hands on her hips and telling me that I would have to wait until the customers in line were taken care of. She then told me that if I purchased a prefered reader club card I would get help faster.
If I was not happy with this then "go elsewhere"
ohh how infuriating. She also would not give me the corporate phone number, address or email-BTW she was NOT wearing a name tag.She then told me after asking about a Syvia Brown book recently in circulation, she asked me-"you don't really believe in that stuff do you?" OH how infuriating.
