EA games Complaint - Canceled 3 months ago and still was charged
I had also canceled my subscription over 3 months ago and they kept on charging me. When i finally called they said that i never cancelled, which tells me I must have dreamed it all up. They asked for a ref # which i never got, then when i asked for one this time, "Sandy" said the system was updating so he couldnt give me one. I cant wait to go through this problem next month. They were very inconsiderate towards this problem. They could have looked up my online time and see that i havent used the game for over 3 months which should i have otld them "hey?...maybe he did cancel." I work for Best Buy and will tell this to each customer. I have always been a fan of EA games and will no longer be customer.
