Sharperagent.com Complaint - Contract/Billing/Product

I am disappointed in the product that Sharperagent.com offers. When calling to terminate my service last year I was told that it is a year contract...ok, so they bill me monthly and I just called again and they said that it is "autorenewed" (without any notice to me) and that I am out of luck and have to cancel after the new year is over - great hundreds of dollars later for a product that is hard to use.

It takes about 2 hours to make a flier and 3 to make a newsletter. The newsletters are so boring that all of my mailing list was unsubscribing. Since I have been using a different company to do my newsletters I have been receiving compliments and new busines...that is how it should be.
I am very frustrated with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

Sometimes contracts require written notice 30 days prior to your contract expiring. I would call them and see what you need to do.

Some contracts do require a thirty day written notice.
If they do require the thirty day notice, make sure and send it certified mail, return receipt.
