Kentucky Fried Chicken Complaint - KFC gets a returned food 2 hours after it left premises and PUTS IT BACK IN TRAYS TO BE RESOLD!
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- On September 30, 2007, upon arriving home to serve a small party, we noticed that KFC did not fill the order correctly. We ordered chicken breasts only; our order consisted of 1/2 breasts and 1/2 wings. We returned to KFC. We explained their error. We stood in horror as the attendant took the bucket of chicken, removed the wings from the containers and PUT THE WINGS BACK IN THE TRAYS TO BE RESOLD! This is chicken that had left their premises for 2 hours and was returned! When we inquired with the attendant “Is it KFC’s policy to resell returned chicken”?, his response was, “What’s it matter to you!” We contacted KFC corporate, filed the feedback online at KFC.com.
