United Airlines Complaint - Refund of unused ticket amount
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I am United Premier member traveling weekly and being in Chicago, United is first choice in domestic travel.
It's been frustrating experience with several follow ups and no action , I tried everything so far in past 4 months since 6/15/07.
1. Emailed from United web site on July 13,
2. Postal mail on July 29, 2007
3. My phone call earlier in September, customer service promised that I would receive refund voucher in 7-10 business days.
Now I am faxing my e-ticket and credit card detail again. Not sure if anyone has such horrible experience. Infact, there is refund department is also in Chicago!!!
Lastly, I may visit them personally but it's just $100.
