Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - Do not buy a computer from HP
A year ago I bought my new DV2000t. However, the hard drive crashed (the computer was new). I called HP and they said they would send me a new hard drive in 4 days. It has now been 10 day and I have not received any word.
I have called HP every day asking them what is going on, and each day they say they will send me an email within 24 hours about the status of my hard drive - guess what? No email. Nothing. One day when I called they even went so far as to transfer me to a blank line.
I still have no hard drive, and it is affecting my work. I take a class via my computer as well as volunteer on-line. I have fallen behind and had to rely on my work computer to take care of all my personal tasks. All of this is reflecting poorly on my performance at work.
