Ikitchens.com Complaint - Unresponsive to problems

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- On September 8 2007, I ordered a coffeemaker from this site (which I was referred to by Yahoo's shopping service). I then received a tracking number and told I would received it on about September 14. It is now October 18 and not only have I never received the item, it was never shipped. I have sent 4 inquiries to this company and haven't heard a word (except to send me another blank inquiry form or ask me yet again what my order number was).

I shop online frequently and have never had such a bad experience with an internet purchase.

can you cancel the order,and just go to a store and buy a coffee maker?

I had a cup of coffee yesterday,and man was i spinning.
(i dont usually drink coffee,im a lightweight when it comes to caffeine)

I did go to the store and buy a coffeemaker, but, at the moment, I am out $63.26 for the one I ordered but never received.
