Techtracker Complaint - Billed for product never received or notified of

This company called techtracker has billed me 29.95 for something I have never ordered or even received?? how they got my card number? I can't imagine? They have a phone number for tech/customer help...which they never answer! They have a email address for the same which never gives any information! I have tried calling countless times with no effect. They never answer and the support address is a dog chasing his tail! I called my bank but the red tape yada-yada is a farce! I know it's just 29.95 but I am on a fixed income and to me that's 29.95 I need to buy gas or food with. who are these people? what gives them the right to just take money from whom ever they please?

I am frustrated as I can get no where in solving this!
