PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA -- After I purchased MMM's full package on 08/29/18 and paid $3250, so many promises fell through. $2000 is for 3 section of coaching, but it has NOT much coaching involved: during 1st session, just general Q&As. A bunch of books was suggested to read via e-mail from the coach. Homework list to do, the second section was grading the homework I turned in. NOT any coaching involved.

3rd one is about how the coach will modify my profile, which turns out to be more wordy and lengthy than my original profile. NO coaching involved. For this kind of coaching price, one will expect more life coach/learning, but I didn't get anything out of it. As a matter of fact I found the same profile verbiage appears on someone else's profile, must be a copy/paste production line process.

For the dating matches, total of 5 matches I paid, I only met one, and they terminated my service to swallow the money. None of matches they sent are anywhere near the criteria I put in my profile as desirable matches, furthermore, they terminated my service by making up very ridiculous statement saying that I paid $3250 full price to misbehave and sabotage matches they sent to me on purpose. Very illogical accusation that I was focus on attacking the company, instead of dating the men they sent over to me. I wasn't even have any experience with Master Matchmakers yet, how can a new customer paid the full price and sign up to attack them from beginning?

This unethical business's operation is based on deception and lies. Then its CEO is so afraid that I am going to air all the truth about them on internet. He threaten me that he will surely contact my local court to obtain a temporary restraining order if I do disparage MMM online and I can't report MMM to BBB as MMM is not a public company. It is a private service. BBB accepts my complaint and it's now for every consumer to read online!!

33418 -- I began realizing one morning that I seemed to be 'bugging' anyone and everyone I knew if they "knew someone" for me! It then hit me that I am asking all these folks to play "matchmaker" for me and that there has got to be a better way of doing this, i.e., finding a reputable matchmaking professional. That I am now 58 as of last December and still haven't found "my guy" and thoughts of "What am I going to do about this?" Like really, what am I going to do to change this. I needed help. The online websites just didn't work for me - even with awesome professional pictures taken.

The only responses I was getting were from people "phishing". I think too, these website work against me because I am forced to select the dreaded "never been married" category - which is unfortunate. There is nothing wrong with me except for life circumstances resulting in my just not finding my guy - yet. I am not "picky" nor "over critical", but folks seeing that I am 58 and never been married, I believe was working against me. I need a middle person to explain this to a possible match so that they could explain. With Master Matchmakers, I loved the fact that they were seriously interested and genuinely concerned about "me".

Without having known them for very long, I "got" that they really cared and were very concerned about me as a person. They really came out too during our "Boundary" session work, where they wanted to ensure that I never forget that I have "complete ownership, power, authority and control over myself" no matter what and no matter with whom. We also talked about various strategies that I could use if I ever feel uncomfortable or not sure of anything. The usefulness, targeted approach, and practically of my sessions with my coach were often better than some therapists that I worked with for years.

My coach always made it apparent to me that the work we are doing is to help me be a better, whole, and healthy person - regardless of how I meet my guy. The sessions were not just a marketing strategy of some kind; these sessions were a true investment of their time to get to know me along with help me identify anything that might work against me in my wanting to build a relationship with any man - regardless if I met them through MM.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA -- I have tried online dating and just found it very difficult to find any mature or attractive men. Also, it seemed that people had quite short attention spans in the rare instances when you did find someone potentially interesting. Getting introductions to men ready to have a serious relationship and who are successful in their lives is very appealing to me. The idea of coaching worried me a bit at first as I felt like I might be being judged or that it would be a therapy session. I guess I figured I didn't have any real issues with dating in my mind (in terms of how to handle myself), so wasn't sure I needed it.

BUT, the experience, due to my coach and her approach, was a bit transformative! I can't say thank you enough. MM really seemed to quickly understand me as a person and I was amazed at some of the things my coach hit on so well, particularly the fact that I have a hard time receiving rather than giving and that maybe even sometimes I feel guilty focusing on personal happiness rather than a bigger cause. I also have been interested in feminine versus masculine energy and needing to focus more on traditional roles (something I lacked in my long-term relationship) and appreciated being able to speak to this exact idea.

In addition, I really appreciate my coach's usage of Buddhist type philosophies on the universe such as abundance, gratitude, and synchronicity as this is a way of thinking I am trying to embrace more and more. My coach was also so intuitive and down to earth that I ended up telling her some personal things I really didn't think I would get into and some of her comments really helped me see these in an important new perspective (with perhaps some healing).

So, thank you!! I have learned through this experience the potential purposes of a soul mate and moving on, that it is okay to focus on finding a partner at this stage of life, and learning how to show my feminine energy. Thanks again. I definitely didn't expect these sessions to be so enjoyable in terms of the way I look at my life in general! MM was fantastic throughout the process!

WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA -- I came to Master Matchmakers so I could begin to date better. Internet dating was really wearing me down mentally. I knew I was ready for a serious change in my dating behaviors. I knew I needed help and hoped Master Matchmakers would help, which they have. I had my last straw when I was disrespected by a guy I met offline during our course of dating. I knew I deserved better and that I couldn't give up nor continue to ride this same dating path. Talking to Cindy helped confirm that. I was too embarrassed to talk, tell friends and not because it was happening before, but just shame.

I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and I got in touch with Cindy at the right time. My coach Carol's approach was extremely nurturing and honest. She made me feel comfortable talking about certain past situations which allowed me to heal. There were so many aspects of my past that she had me address. I really enjoyed our time together. Our sessions helped me so much. You helped me understand how healthy it is to switch roles and to feel how to be angry over shameful. It was truly nice having Carol to talk to and be able to open up to. She opened my eyes to a new way of thinking in dating.

I am more aware of what I now need and want out of a relationship. The improvements I have made include building my self esteem and courage to say "No" to what I don't want or need in my life, how to check for red flags on the first date and not to waste his or my time, and how to find excitement in other ways from a guy, instead of going for that bad boy image that is just no good for me. It has overall been an amazing experience!

WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA -- I finally found 'Master Matchmakers'. Not only was it exactly what I was looking for, but it has also turned out to be a real godsend in my life. When I first called in, the front office assistant transferred me to Steve and I left a message. To my surprise, Steve texted me back right away and immediately followed with a phone call. I was really hurting at the time and Steve was so kind and professional and talked with me for a long while. He said he understood what I was going through and really thought he and the team could help me immensely.

He took the time to explain every detail about your program, and I was so impressed that the CEO would take time out to talk with 'some guy' on the phone. I knew immediately that I had found the right fit for me. I had a similar experience with JoAnn who had me text and talk with her on the phone (on Sat her day off). I thought, who does that? Like Steven, she was very empathetic and could relate to how I was feeling. She told me she had the perfect coach for me.

My goodness, was she ever right! Stephanie first sent me a very welcoming email and told me you had talked with Steven and JoAnn, and found out a little about me. It was immediately comforting to know that Steph and the team were excited to be working with me. I found the email to be very pleasant and I instinctively knew that I was with the most beneficial coach for my situation.

I enjoyed the fact that our coaching sessions always seemed to interconnect perfectly, with the times I needed a pep talk or was feeling upset or down. Stephanie was always so kind and encouraging, but also true to a fault. I really enjoyed learning more about myself and areas I need to work on, in order to be a better person and specifically a better relationship partner.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA -- My attempt at online dating revealed a lot of shady characters that use fake photos, and other information and ‘fish' for women and this is what they do full time. Thank God for Master Matchmakers. They not only would create opportunities for me with well vetted individuals, they gave me all the feedback and constructive criticism I could ever ask for. JoAnn and Steven Ward run this business day in and day out as a terrific mother-son team. They personally see to it that the customer comes first. Not every customer is a walk in the park. If you can appreciate the effort and hold yourself accountable for your end of the bargain, you can't lose by working with them.

I like to be good at everything I do, so it made sense to work on me and go through the coaching before endeavoring back into the online dating site arena. They helped me appreciate my strengths, and reassured me that I do not need to change just perhaps take a step back and see the whole picture. The most important thing – is that I needed an advocate to help me keep in mind what I've learned about me and my needs (sometimes I focus too much on other people's needs). So after 4 dates, I have a clearer picture of exactly what that is, I am able to articulate it, and I feel more confident in the process.

For me I feel this process has opened both eyes: I need to be clear, confident, and know what I want. I was rather naive in thinking that initially I knew that, but this was not the case! It was easy to open up to the team at Master Matchmakers. They were positive and diplomatic, and good listeners. I think the SKYPE sessions initially scared me, but I enjoyed them and like dating, once you do it, it gets easier. Having a different perspective is always beneficial and although it may be brutally honest, it was worthwhile. Thank you Master Matchmakers!

The shallow nature of both men and women is obvious on dating apps. I enjoyed the overall demeanor and support of my hangups have given me hope for the future in relationships. I have taken a new attitude towards rejection and learned that it's her loss for not taking the time to get to know me or if we're just not right for each other. My self-confidence is improved, which may allow me to approach women with the mindset that a relationship could evolve.
