US Airways Informative - Awful Service - Fees that equal stealing
I have been a gold and chairman's preferred member with US Air for about 8 years. I will NEVER fly on this airline again, and would not ever recommend this carrier to anyone else. In the past year or so, the customer service even for the highest level preferred customers has completely failed. Today, I had to cancel a rewards flight because they did not have the availability needed. What did they do? THEY CHARGED ME $100 JUST TO PUT MY MILES BACK IN MY ACCOUNT!!!!
That is in addition to the $20 fee they charge for their "Free" dividend miles flights. They are a complete disgrace. It is no wonder that they are struggling.
