Conn's Complaint - Faulty product, inadequate service
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- We recently purchased a Serta Marquis king size mattress from Conn's a few days after we got married. May 30, 2007. A few weeks after we received the bed it started sinking in the middle of the bed throughout the night. We called Conn's who after 4 months of yelling at them sent out a technician who told my dad that he had several beds doing this. That we would be issued a credit. Well nothing ever happened and to find out he went back and said nothing was wrong. So we contacted the main office who sent another technician out and all he did was put a string across the bed which will tell you absolutely nothing because first is a pillow top and also appears normal when nobody in it. The problem seems to be WEAK springs in the middle of the mattress due to it SINKING slowly in the night. You have to grab the edge of mattress and pull yourself out of a huge hole in the morning.
Conn's service men did not even feel the mattress so how can they tell what is wrong. And they sure are not listening to what the complaint is.
