Tealan.com Complaint - Thoroughly Dishonest and To Be Avoided At All Cost

Review by 3centralph on 2007-10-22
IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- Tealan.com of Irvine California tried including reproductions mixed in with real Chinese antiques. I had ordered two benches that appeared in the online photos as well cared for antique benches, advertised as "Circa 1900". When I complained, Ame Gur, refused to refund my money causing me to apply to Visa's Fraud Department for a refund, which was granted. Mr. Gur tried being slick and said the wood used to make the repro's was antique, which shows the greed and dishonesty of this company. He refused to give me the owner's phone number or name.

He tried to make it sound as though it was my fault for selecting the furniture from their web site in the first place. I encourage other shoppers to be aware of this disreputable company and avoid dealing with them at all cost.
