Toyota of Hollywood Complaint - Terrible Customer Service/Toyota Scion of Hollywood

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I am writing to let you know how TERRIBLE your service was today.

I arrived at 11 AM to repair a busted tire on my brand new Toyota Yaris. George, the service person who initially tried to help me refused to listen to me when I told him I had the tires for life service I told him three times that he needed to check my warranty but he never actually did, only presented me with a preliminary bill and then redirecting me to several other people when I informed him I was not paying for something fraudulous. He then left for the day without informing anyone to take care of the situation.

Ed said he would call me when the tire was authorized but seemed to forget conveniently.

I never got a straight answer and spent FIVE hours waiting for someone to actually do something. Ed, the financial guy said "it would be taken care of". After another hour of waiting around one of the young guys who works in the service department sorted the ordeal out and got me back on the road. Your service is terrible. Next time I am taking it in to another dealership so I don't have to deal with your lies and rudeness. Also, I am posting poor consumer reports any place that I can think of. I left at four o'clock. I do not appreciate being treated as though I am unaware or ignorant.

Oh yeah and it didn't help that I was hung up on when I tried to talk to someone about this a half an hour ago. I was polite but I am not in the mood to be polite anymore.

Good job in losing a customer.

Sounds like a hassle.What a crummy way to run a service shop.
