Sprint Nextel Complaint - Unfair contract charges
FLORIDA -- I July 2007, I tried to cancel one of my three numbers with Nextel/Sprint. I was told by customer service to wait until my anniversary date in October and there would be no charge. Well that was a lie not only was there a charge but I am being charged for time until my next billing cycle when I went into the corporate store with my bill per instruction.
They would not allow me to cancel even though I am past the two year contract. I think a class action suit is in order.
