AAA Complaint - Worst Ever!
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- I have 3 cars insured to AAA. I wanted to cancel one car because I'm not the driver of the car and the driver decided to have it insured somewhere else due to high insurance cost. Ive called them back in Sept ember to have it canceled and they sent me a consent form to fax back to them. I faxed it over and mailed it over. I then received a letter in the mail for a high amount due for 3 cars. I called them back to tell them that i had canceled one car. Again, we went through the process of faxing signing and refaxing. for the 3rd time..on the 3rd month, they're once again asking for a high payment. I then called them again and waited a long time on the phone as always. And lo and behold!!! THey still haven't taken the car off the list!!!!! I am currently waiting for them to fax over the form... for the 4th time!!!! They are just so ridiculous!!!! Each person tells a different story there. One person was supposed to notate on their system bout my call but when I called back.. it doesn't show in their system at all.
WHAT is going on? It's so hard to get through and each attendant has a different story. Its just giving me stress!!!!!
