D-Link Systems, Inc Complaint - Router does not access internet

IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased a router from this company. It has never worked. I contacted the company and they have been giving me the run around for months. Now they are demanding I fill out and return a RMA form, but they refuse to give me the form to fill out. They have never issued the promised rebate on the router. In general the sell junk and rip people off

You are an idiot. Obviously since YOU are the ONLY one complaining about this product, it must be a user error, or in FEW instanses, just a unit that needs to be replaced.

I am not sure about the validity of this review. I am using D link products (modem, router, pcmcia wifi card, etc) and never got problems with anything. Also if you got a defective product then you should contact the store first and not D-link directly.

My router works quite well - and I run Vonage on it as well.

I had problems with the router I bought from this company. I took it back to the retailer and they replaced it right away. I do have an issue with their tech service though.
