Private Citizen Complaint - They Used To Be A Good Company But No More

ILLINOIS -- Corecomm was our 1st and only internet service provider for years.
Things really changed during the past year or so. This is what you can expect from them now:

They knock you off the net constantly during peak times.
Terrible accounting and billing department. They make a lot of mistakes.
"One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing"

Their computers just keep printing out and sending you incorrect bill after bill and the staff tells you don't worry disregard the bills, we can't control that.

None existent customer relations. They are cold and treat you like the enemy. They tell you one thing and don't follow through properly. It does not matter that you have had service from them for years and have always paid on time.

When we tried to contact an executive with the company today they refused to take our call. They don't seem to care!

We found a great deal from AT&T and now have DSL with more
extras for less money.

Shop around for a good ISP but stay away from Corecomm.
