Flagship Motor Cars Complaint - Discourteous, sloppy irresponsible

LYNNEFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS -- The worst Mercedes service department.

To get a simple job done one needs to keep going there. They have attempted to cheat me. One occasion I had a car seat that was not moving they had connected the plug to the socket. Then wanted to charge me $900. I refused the service when they quoted the amount.

Car seat was working a foreign born mechanic in the dealership ran into me, he innocently told me how he had fixed the problem. A true story.

They never rectify their mistakes and then are very very arrogant.
