Wickes Furniture Co Inc Complaint - Worst purchase ever made in my life!!!!!
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- On October 2007 I purchased a living room set for my mother. When is was time for deliver one of the items was on back order. which we decided to wait until all arrive together. Thank god for that!!! Three weeks later Wickes deliver the sofa only. I call to customer service to complaint about the sofa my mother was not satisfied with the sofa, the way the sofa is made is uncomfortable,customer service representative (Kathy) told me that was not returnable and could not exchange it for another selection I asked to speak with a supervisor will was denied and they could only open a file for a a supervisor called in within 24 hours.
In the meanwhile my mother next day set on the sofa and fell to the floor because the cushions
move away from the sofa as she tried to get up. She is a 75th year old lady. I believe Wickes Furniture does not care for the benefit and safety of their loyal customer. They have very rude,incompetence and heartless staff and supervisors. They do not know the meaning of customer service satisfaction. When the technician came to the house I explain what was the problem and he agreed with me. I only hope that my mother is not seroiusly injured because of this fall. Otherwise this is not the last time they will hear from me!
BEWARE OF WICKES FURNITURE STORE YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
