Anthem Alliance Health Insurance Co Complaint - Worst service ever - Prescription mail order service, claims processing
OHIO -- Still waiting for 2 mail order meds to arrive after 24 days. Anthem has screwed up copay charges on this, has promised to overnight them, their website order status check has not been working for weeks now, when I call I'm on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. It's been a complete nightmare.
Then, yesterday, I received 2 explanation of benefits on claims for 2 doctor visits, to the same doctor, who I found on their website as being in their network. My claim on one of the dates was for in network service, on the other date for out of network. Same network.
These Anthem people and/or processes are incompetent/unbearable.
