Sprint Nextel Complaint - The Worst Phone Company In The World
11385, NEW YORK -- I have been a customer of Nextel for the last 6years and had nothing but problems. There service is the worst, the customer reps are rude and don't know what there talking about. All my calls get drop and they over charge for everything. I would have left Nextel along time ago but they keep renewing my contract without permission. This is the second time they renewed my contract. It's terrible. They offer you something saying it's free once you agree and accept there free offer a few months later when you call your contract is renewed for another 2yrs. When you call to fight it they will say you agreed and there's nothing they can do about it. I am so feed up with them. I don't understand how there still in business. I would never recommend them to anyone. I regret the day I started with Nextel. They are like the worst nightmare ever. I am going to take this as far as I need to. I will call consumer affair and make complaints everyday if I have to. Please do not become a Nextel customer. You will regret it for the rest of your life. Yes that's how bad they are.
All I'm asking for is for them to void that two year extension on my contract that I never agreed with and once my contract is up I will find another company who value's there customer and treats them with respect.......
