SpicyLingerie.com Complaint - Failure to perform!!
I ordered several items, some for Halloween on the the 9th of October. I did get a confirmation email from them. A week went by and no tracking information. I then used their live chat and was told that it would be shipped on the Friday the 19th. By the 24th there was still no tracking available but they had charged my card on the 15th even though they had not shipped!!
Further investigation revealed that there is no telephone number on the web site to call to inquire. You are at the mercy of their email system. I got a number from the credit card company but their mail box was full.....of complaints I am sure.......and was unable to accept any more messages at this time!!
They stated they were waiting on one item to arrive!! A reputable company will ship and then ship the backorder!! There was no customer service from this company. I canceled the order on the 24th and notified my CC company that the charge was now in dispute!!
