RCA/Thomson Complaint - RCA makes Junk - RCA High Definition TVs
FOLSOM, CALIFORNIA -- Purchased RCA 50" DLP Model HD50LPW165YX2. After 1 year - lamp burned out - Cost $400.00.
2 years later - Digital Module went out - Cost over $ 700.00.
Took almost 3 months to get the DM3 Part. RCA/Thomson "customer service" at 866-465-7157 was issued 5 Case numbers and never addressed issue.
Don't even try to get resolution from RCA/Thomson as Emails, Letters and Phone Calls all fall on deaf ears. I sincerely regret buying an RCA product. And from I am told I am not alone.
