Waysafe Complaint - Fraud Department - Billing my account
From January - March Vonage billed my credit card for misc. amounts totaling over $240.00.
This is a hug problem because I don’t have nor have I ever had a Vonage account or service.
As of January this year I have been reporting the issue to Vonage. I had to cancel my card + fees. Vonage has yet to reimburse me for billing me.
I have made over 10 phone calls customer # and fallowed up the calls. Vonage has to date refused to reply? Your error has become my headache.
My question is - is this the address to serve your cmpany Voange. You are forcing me to file a small claims suit.
