Continental Airlines Complaint - Tickets
PORTLAND, OREGON -- I bought three tickets online, my son got very sick, I called in advance to find out options for rescheduling, and my only options were to forfeit the tickets (good for them - they already had my money) or to pay a change fee plus the difference of the tickets (great for them - it would have been more money than I spent the first time). I have met with nothing but resistance when trying to salvage something from the tickets. The impression that I am getting is that the airline would have rather me flown, with a sick child, risking the health of all the other passengers and crew. And tortured not only my two year old son with a coast to coast flight but all other passengers. In the end it may have just been a very, very expensive lesson. But this is one airline I won't be flying again.
