Circuit City Informative - A Company That Does Not Stand Behind The Product
DALLAS, TEXAS -- This company truly does not know the meaning of customer service. At two months old my home theater system quit working and with receipt in hand was told store policy would not allow me to exchange unit unless I payed over three hundred for new unit that I've already purchased once. Tell me is this not ridiculous. So I told the store manager I would stand in front of the store with a sign tell customers of my experience his reply was won't hurt me. We will see about that buddy!
