Intelliflix Complaint - DVD Delivery
I agree with everyone else! I signed up for Intelliflix over a year ago & was very happy at the beginning. All of a sudden this summer, I quit receiving DVDs. I would email, enter a ticket & complain. After complaining I would occasionally get a movie, but it was usually damaged & unwatchable. I complained more & they extended my membership 2 weeks - then another 2 weeks, so I have an additional month membership - which still equals zero additional movies.
I sent an email telling them I do not authorize them to renew my membership & switched to Blockbuster!
