Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore Informative - Forgot to service car after it had been there all day!

ARDMORE, PENNSYLVANIA -- I left my car with this dealer at 8AM for service, called them at 4PM to see how it was going and they acted like my car wasn't even there. Turns out the tech that checked me in forgot to add my car to the roster and tried to blame it on the poor guy who drove me to the train station that morning. Then after refusing to pick me up from work (4 miles away), they send the driver to the wrong train station, which I realized after waiting there for 15 minutes! I ended up walking 3 miles with heavy bags to the dealership to get my car which was not even repaired in the first place.

The people on the phone were rude and refused to give the name of the employee that sent the driver to the wrong station so he would not get in trouble. DON'T GO HERE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ask yourself a question...what does it really matter who the employee was who messed up...the dealership made a mistake. They messed up. Face it, the only reason you wanted the name of the employee is because you were looking for a fight...if you had the name, what were you going to do with it? Confront the employee? I am sure the right people know who "dropped the bomb."
