Furniture Nightmare - Complaint
FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- Order a complete bedroom set (07/2007). Spent about $3K all the boxes/parts were damaged. Unable to salvage anything. Called customer service several times spoke to some SO CALLED MANAGER (VERY Unprofessional) and nothing but broken promises. Given every excuse in the book: from we are working on this get get it resolved to you will get a refund in in five days. I have a garage full of damaged furniture that they have yet to retrieve! All lies!!!

Did you dispute the charge with your credit card company? That will get their attention real quick!
