Ashley Furniture Informative - Poor Quality Furniture And Bad Customer Service
HULEN, TEXAS -- Horrible customer service. This company sells bad products and claim that it is the customers fault for not inspecting he furniture when it arrives. What lame excuse if you ask me. When you are a new home owner it nice to be able to buy new furniture to go with it . As long as it is not from Ashley's furniture. They are rude and will hang up o you if you have a complaint. They do not return phones calls and they will not give you supervisor contacts or corp. Numbers. I wonder why I guess they feel their customers are not important they just want to rip people off. I purchase furniture from Ashley's for my new home in 9/1/07 it is now 11/02/07. They furniture was delivered damaged and it is still sitting in my house broken. I have been told I will be contacted about the options I have to repair. Because it is my fault I did not inspect he furniture when it was delivered so apparently I am screwed!!!! Is what I have been told. I also bought extended warranty but they will not help me because it is still under manufacture warranty. So I have been juggled back and forth and no one will help me.
Do not buy any furniture from Ashley's furniture they screw their customers over sell bad products and the won't do anything to fix it .
