CAIRO -- I had the misfortune to be a member of the primo health club heliopolis sheraton and my membership expired
last October due too many problems I encountered during my membership I decided not to renew it, till 2 months ago I thought maybe I will renew it again hoping they improved their facilities, so I send a fax to renew my membership and got a phone call from Mr. Mohamed raffat the assistant health club manager saying they will put me in the waiting list and when I asked why he told me because last year I made a complain against him and other health club staff and it was time for payback....
Dear sir I was shocked how come someone make a complain of a bad service or a bad behavior and for that reason they don't renew his membership.
I can understand if that person is a troublemaker or he violated the rules of the health club but for making a rightful complain which was signed by over 12 members at that time that is something I don't accept and find it unbelievable.
Dear sir I would like you to invistagte this matter personally and I would like an urgent response regarding this incident.
I am not looking to renew my membership; I found it so hard to be a member again under the health club management.
never again shall I or any of my employees stay or use any of the helioplois sheraton hotel facilties unless we get an answar from you sir regarding that serious mattar.
