Engineering Fitness International Complaint - Total Gym 1000

As a frequent user of your company, I feel obligated to share with you my experience.
I purchased and received the Ultra Gym 1000 2 weeks prior to the Super Bowl via QVC. When it arrived, the wheels on the glide board were broken and there was a hole in the glide board.
I called and was told they'd ship a new glide board right out. Several weeks passed and I sent an email, again, was told they'd ship one right out, didn't know why the other one never shipped.
I called and emailed again, was told they'd be in stock and shipped out on the 5th of March. (via Portia) Sent a follow-up email and have heard nothing.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want a new glideboard sent ASAP before I'm too old to use the equipment. I believe that 2 months is way too long to have to wait for a part.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
