Ray Brandt Nissan Informative - Unreasonably long time
GRETNA, LOUISIANA -- My vehicle was involved in a minor accident in September. I had my car towed to the Nissan dealership. They waited until the end of the following business day to tell me that I would have to get the car towed to their Collision center. My car has been at the collision center since then, (it is now the 2nd week of November), and I was originally told that my car would be ready the following Monday. Every subsequent week, including this one, I have been told that my car would be ready the next Monday. I've been told they're waiting on this part and that part, etc. Just within the last week, they ordered another part, despite the fact that they've had my car this whole time.
Why are they just now ordering this part? Today I was told that they received the wrong part, and now have to return it and wait for the right one (probably they ordered the wrong one and won't accept the blame).
A couple times I've caught them in lies, such as telling me that they just received the part, then days later telling me that they haven't gotten it yet.
