Metro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Complaint - Bad Brakes

Review by MOREAU on 2007-11-08
OTTAWA,ON. CANADA -- I bought a Chrysler 300 in April 2007 and had problems with the brakes from day one. The salesman said it was because I wasn't used to rear wheel drive. He didn't know that I was driving rear wheel cars before he was born. I went to metro Chrysler in Ottawa and the used car manager said it was not covered under warranty. I kept telling him that this problem was since I bought the car. They won't do a thing to help. Said it was my problem.

Told him I will never buy another car from them and he didn't seem to care. This was my 3rd car from them.

Sounds very much like the problem I had with my dodge Dakota in 2006. The brakes failed TWICE due to faulty/bad components. I had to pay almost $1,000 the second time.

Dodge Dakota's have had a few problems reported around these parts - I just don't recall exactly what it was.................
