Russell Mazda Complaint - Horrible Customer Service

CLEARWATER, FLORIDA -- Russell Mazda of Clearwater, Florida was absolutely the worst dealership I have ever done business with. Be prepared to bring your car back at least three or four times for even the simplest maintenance job. Their Service Department technicians are amateur at best, and their Department Manager is just outright rude. Clearly they do not test drive vehicles before they return them to customers, or worse yet, they're running a bait and switch operation.

My suggestion is to stay clear of this dealership. There are too many other honest dealerships out there... Honestly, this is a shady operation.

Honestly, If you want me to believe they are amateur and performed some kind of "bait and switch", you are gonna have to provide details.

you sound like a sour grapes consumer. no one is perfect all the time. this shop has serviced my 3 mazda's for 6 years and have always taken care of any work I didn't feel was done to my satisfaction right away. You don't go into any details??? The owner is on site most of the time (very unusual for a car dealer) and has helped me personally....it sounds like you don't know how to ask for help... I have never felt ripped off by this business.
