IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- This is the worse company based on product and service. After having problems with connectivity, signal going out, and DVR not working after a month, I cancelled service. Within a week, right after I sent in my equipment they withdrew money out of my account for the equipment (~$400). Then, after talking to the poor customer service people on the phone who take forever to get in touch with said they credit my money back. It took 4 weeks even after calling them in the interim to complain about it taking so long to get a credit back. They actually gave me an extra credit, which they corrected real fast (within a week). Then, no joke, about 4 months later they are sending me a bill for that amount. After talking to them over the phone twice to correct it, which after my rage the second time, the manager (Sandra, ID# SX6)promised to correct, I receive a collection notice in the mail a month later, which I'm trying to resolve now.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL ARE LIARS AND INCOMPETENT !!!
