Office Max Complaint - Max Assurance Extended Warranty

53402, WISCONSIN -- My computer has been in the shop since Oct. 5th for a raised key. I have been getting nothing but a run around and today I spoke to the man who is to fix it and he is still waiting for permission. I have never been jerked around from any company as I have this one. What is their problem? They should have just sent me a new computer. I hope I get it back before the warranty is up which is in 2009. This is totally outrageous. How can they treat their customers like that. I'm shocked they have customers.

I filed a complaint with the company then I also filed a complaint with the CEO of Office Max.

What's the repair man waiting for permission to do? Some states have changed their warranty laws to extent warranties for the period the device was in for repair. Check your state law.
