Sprint Complaint - Another Sprint Rant
Okay we all know how bad Sprint is with customer service. They are rude and seldom do you get to speak to a rep that speaks English or one that even speaks it well enough to understand.
My rant today is I called them because my daughter lost her cell phone or it was stolen. doesn't matter I called and wanted to see what they would do, I was told they could suspend the number but I would have to continue to pay for (9.99 a month for her line) But I wanted the phone shut off because she was not taking care enough, anyway I was not ending my contract but rather was turning off 1 or 3 phones, I was told it was going to cost $200 to end the contract, which I was not doing. I told her again I was not ending the contract, and she suggested I get another phone or maybe if I had another laying around i could transfer the number but either way I'd have to extend my contract. Yeah right! and like everyone just has extra phones laying around the house.
I stated what they were doing had to be bordering on illegal she said no because I was ending the contract. I was so frustrated. Im still going to call the FTC and find out what I can do.
