BCBS / ASBAIT of AEI Complaint - Dissatisfied Customer
PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- I am writing you in regards to your awful services. I am extremely dissatisfied with your policy. First, I was denied payment for my cesarean section stating that the surgeon's assistant was not in-network. I did my part in choosing a surgeon that is in-network, and the surgeon had no choice in who the assistant was because no in-network assistant was available. I am furious that you are pushing the financial responsibility on my family and I. That is absolutely ridiculous.
Second, my son was born premature and his skull is not as hard as a normal baby and he has brachycephaly. He is in desperate need of a helmet. Your company denied covering his helmet because according to your ridiculous plan it is not considered medically necessary.
I have requested investigators to closely watch you, because I feel that your company is not providing the best service in the industry, and I believe your professionals are far from trustworthy. (as you claim in your mission statement)
