Hotels.Com Complaint - Kicked Out Of A Hotel
ENCINITAS, CALIFORNIA -- I had made a reservation at a hotel in SF through hotels.com and pre-paid. However, when my boss arrived at the hotel, she was told even though she had pre-paid there was no room for her and that they would rather sell to someone who is staying 5 nights than 2. I called hotels.com and was told that according to the hotel they offered her another hotel. That is not what I was told. Hotels.com called my boss a lier. They also are charging the company for 1 night even though the hotel kicked my boss out at 1:00 AM.
I WILL NEVER use HOTELS.COM again and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Other businesses stand by their customers not HOTELS.COM
