Dish Network Complaint - We Have To Pay For Their Bad Work
MARINA DEL REY, CALIFORNIA -- I hate everything about Dish Network. From the moment I got it that they were supposed to give $50 for a referral and they never did, from the extra charges, especially repair charge, and when you need you have to pay extra $99. The channels sucks, if you want something good you have to pay a lot, the customer service is totally rough and disgusting, etc.
I got them because they are the only ones to have Brazilian TV, which i love, but I'm really thinking about forgetting Brazilian channel just to get them far from me. I would even stop watching TV which I have 4 in my house. They made a poor service in my roof so my dish is hanging and the TVs are not working and they say I have to pay $99, to come here and fix it. What about if this dish falls in the top of my head? Is it my fault?
I live in Marina Del Rey and we haven't had any tsunamis and hurricanes lately. Am my responsible for their bad job?
What this money we pay is all about? For them to pay this bad channels and print and send bills and pay this Indians to tell us how you don't mean anything to them?
