American Historic Society (AHS) Complaint - A Big Rip Off - Ordering Jewelry From A Ad

Review by dennis the mennis on 2007-11-13
RHODE ISLAND, RHODE ISLAND -- I had ordered a eagle ring for my husband. It was worth a lot more then what I paid for it. It was a special so they could call you and talk you into other jewelry. They send you the jewelry sight unseen. I don't like to order anything I can't see to make sure I like it. Well, the pendant and earrings arrived for 3 days in a row. (3 Sets) at the cost of $39.99 Each. I packed up the items and took them to the post office and sent them back and had to cover the postage. My credit card was charged the total of $145.00 Plus postage and handling. I sent the items back and the charges never came off my card.

Now when I try to get a hold of them.. The phones are no longer working numbers!! So I guess everyone else is right. They are a ripoff company!! The only e-mail address I could find was:

ahscustomerservice@mbsmm.Com

Good luck!!!

Where did you see or get the ad? I can't find them online. Contact your credit card company and dispute the charges.
