American Airlines Complaint - DFW AA "Customer Service" is Appalling
DALLAS, TEXAS -- This happened a year ago: We had reservations on AA to go to Vegas from DFW. The flight was delayed. We lined up at the desk to ask the rep details regarding the delay. She ignored us, and was talking to her co-worker about the job schedule or some such, ignoring a giant line of people. We had to "ahem" several times to get her attention. The girl acted as though we were putting her out by interrupting her personal conversation. She was very rude, condescending and clearly unconcerned with keeping her job. All was asked her was "What is the status of the flight?" I would have fired her immediately if she worked for me she was so rude. Come to find out, many others on the flight were complaining about this same employee and were as livid as we were.
I tried to submit a complaint on-line to them and their website kept "losing" all of the information I typed in. I spent 3 hours trying to get it to work. It was bazaar. I firmly believe it is deliberately set up to "daunt" you out of submitting a complaint.
