TMS Precesion Inc Complaint - Receiving Checks
WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA -- We ordered checks for the business on October 27, 2007. We paid for a rush order. We have called every week and requested that the checks be sent as soon as possible. Each time we called we were told that they would be there tomorrow. I called on November 13, 2007. I was informed that that staples was putting and emergency request into the printing company. No response from anyone. I called this morning (November 16, 2007) and asked again about our checks. Again, I received the same response. I became frustrated, then I asked, where is Staples Corporate Headquarters? The employee and the manager both told me they didn’t know. At that point the manager asked me what was wrong. I explained. He put me on hold for a minute and when he came back on he told me “They need the art work.” I thought why didn’t they ask for that in the first place?
I also though t it was strange because Staples have been supplying our checks for two years. Any way this situation sucks. We have been out of checks for close to two weeks. I went to our bank and had 20 emergency checks made up. If I treated my customers this way I would have been out of business years ago. Clean up your act Staples.
