Try Color Contacts Complaint - Lack of Customer Service
CALIFORNIA -- After receiving two sets of incorrect prescription lenses (total costs: $43.90) I returned the lenses requesting the correct prescription be sent to me or that I receive a full refund.
I indeed received a response from one CSR stating he would have the situation resolved ASAP however, nearly after two months I have yet to receive my correct lenses or a refund.
Numerous emails have been sent after the initial contact from the one CSR without response.
I've given up on trying to contact these people. They obviously do not care about their Customer Service care nor want repeat business.
