Sprint Nextel Complaint - Nextel Customer Care Horror
NEW YORK -- On 11/13/07 Nextel had a glitch in their system when trying to pay my bill on line, they took my payment 3 times and after spending more than a total of 18 hours on the phone with Nextel trying to resolve this issue I have gotten nowhere. I live on a fixed income and now can't pay my bills. I have explained this to Nextel numerous times and they just don't care. Every customer care rep. Gave a different story.
I hope that the executives of sprint Nextel have a nice thanksgiving, while my family and I have nothing. I hope they have a nice warm home while we will sit here in the cold. Shame on all of them.
