Sprint PCS Complaint - Sprint Collections Department
I am at the end of my rope!! I am a Verizon Wireless customer (thankfully) but continue to get calls from the above number and they don't leave a message as to what they want. I call back and they ask me to input my Sprint phone number which I can't because I'm not a customer. I put in bogus numbers until they connect me with a Customer Service Rep and when I tell them that I need them to stop calling me, they ask me for my phone number. They confirm that I'm not a customer and ask me for my social security number. Are you kidding me? I'm not stupid! I tell them off and they hang up on me. Why do you need my SS# if I'm not a customer. They tell me that they don't know if they're calling me and they have to verify. In this day and age of technology and caller ID they can't tell whose calling and take me off the list? You've got to be kidding me! How do you get your name off the list? Do I have to live with these calls for the time that I have this phone?
Common Sprint, get a clue. How can you provide service to your real customers if you don't have the technology to take a phone number off a calling list? Your service sucks BIG TIME!!!!! You won't survive the test of time if you keep this terrible service up.
